REMODELING PORTFOLIO
Giganti Project: A complete remodel of a classic Destin home. Work included removal of existing roof structure to install new trusses achieving a vaulted ceiling from front to back of home. New roof deck and exposed exterior walls were insulated with spray foam insulation and new high definition dimensional shingles installed. Then on the inside the central area of the home(living room/kitchen) was completely gutted to allow for new open floor plan with exposed kitchen/living room and addition of a powder room. Other improvements include the renovation of guest bathroom and laundry room as well as reconstruction of existing sunroom to be included under new roof.
