NORTHWEST FLORIDA STATE COLLEGE

Jimmy Henderson II Construction Company, Inc. built Northwest Florida State College Apartments, a student and faculty housing project located in Niceville, Florida. The College Courtyard is four commercial apartment buildings with a total living area of 28,882 square feet.

Three of the buildings contain eight two-bedroom, one bath units per building (four living units on the lower level and four living units on the upper level). The remaining one of the four buildings contain six - three bedroom, two bath units (three living units on the lower level and three living units on the upper level).
